Shrimad Rajendra Theertha Swamiji had initiated two disciples during his tenure. Shrimad Vishnu Theertha was the younger Shishya. Shrimad Vishnu Theertha was the 13th Swamiji of Kashi Math Samsthan.

During his tenure Shrimad Vishnu Theertha spend his time mostly in Prayag. There he monitored the extension work of Matha buildings.
In the later days he went to Banaras were he attained Jala Samadhi.
